   • Have a couple solutions, people want it quieter
   • Working on silencing this

2. Working with Adam Stewart to generate better PR review practices

   • particularly for package PR reviews
   • He has less time now, so we need to pick up the slack.

   • I'm responding to review from Peter, it is moving along now.

4. Separate concretization of build dependencies

   • Needs a rebase
     • Otherwise ready for review
   • Some new use cases have come up that it might not satisfy
     • Doesn't break anything, but may be insufficient for some cases
   • Does not yet prevent rebuilding many build dependencies
     • This should be doable immediately after

5. Issue brought up in google groups -- different hashes

   • Two installs with different hashes
     • Does not appear to be compiler flags
     • Mario Melara has a reproducer at NERSC
       • Greg and Mario will do a technical dive on this
   • Could be a general hash change that we missed

6. Ben Boeckel is working on splitting #3227 into multiple commits

   • refactoring of the code for views
     • separating code into separate commits
     • Will replace current PR
   • will make code review easier
