Set of sample users for testing My Account situations and statuses. Developed from the Stanford My Account sheet.

Basic Users

User Name Notes
UNDERGRAD Undergraduate.
GRAD Doctoral student.
FACULTY Faculty
STAFF Staff
SCHOLAR Visiting scholar, other short-term acct
UNENROLLED Graduated or left but still have account activity
RETIREE Retired
COMMUNITYBORROWER Community borrowers with limited privileges.

Problem Users

Basic users, each with a handful of problems or complex cases. Intended to test overlapping cases and rules.

User Name Notes
PROBLEM-UNDERGRAD Undergrad. Has lost assumed items, replacement & processing fines. Course Reserves checkout (short term loan).
PROBLEM-GRAD Doctoral student. Blocked. Has a lost assumed item and replacement & processing fine and a Claims returned item.
PROBLEM-UNENROLLED Unenrolled but has two books still checked out, overdue
PROBLEM-FACULTY Faculty. Has a recalled item.
PROBLEM-COMMUNITYBORROWER No bills. Possibly one overdue book?

Single Status Users

Users to test a single account state.

User Name Notes
BARRED User is Barred, cannot renew or place holds, can update address
BLOCKED User is Blocked, can renew and place holds only, can update address
DELINQUENT User is Delinquent, can do anything
COLLECTION Same as Blocked
NOTHING User has no history
ALLTHEBOOKS User has over 450 and under 500 charges
500BOOKS User has exactly 500 charges, max allowed for faculty/staff/retirees/grads
100BOOKS User has over 100 charges
200BOOKS User is undergrad with 200 books exactly, max allowed for undergrads
