Request Microfiche Using Illiad

The Microforms library would like to provide digitization of microfilm/microfiche to users. They want to add a link under each location field in their Holdings/Availability to an Illiad form: Request Scan (PSU Users). ILL is building the form.
Either:
- Location is MFICHE-NML, MFILM-NML, OPAQUE-NML
Or:
- Library is UP-MICRO
- AND format type is MICROFORM
Link should display under the Location field, similar to Aeon link. It should not substitute for Location.
tbd once we have the Illiad form.
