If you get a question like this: this page is for you! Here's an overview of what it means for a unit to be translatable, the process that needs to happen to get things translated, and the various ownerships along the way.
Before our platform can translate things, engineering work needs to happen that enables different parts of our website to appear in different languages. This is called making things translatable. For example, if CSA were to be translated into another language, first Java Lab would need to be made translatable.
Translatability doesn't happen on a page-by-page basis, but on a component-by-component basis. Here are some of the items that get translated in a typical unit:
