Derivative media files are made from original content files to facilitate browsing, viewing and searching. The specific processor is keyed off the mime_type of the uploaded file, and defined by the FileSetDerivativesService. The mime_types in each group are defined in the hydra-works gem: https://github.com/samvera/hydra-works/blob/main/lib/hydra/works/models/concerns/file_set/mime_types.rb
