Viewing event sign ups

Administrators are able to view the list of Competitors signed up for each event in the Manage->Events Report page.

This page lists each competitor, and also lists the Age Group that they will be competing with (if one is configured).

This list may be used by Convention Organizers for various purposes (determining age groups, verifying with users, etc).

Note: This list will only be the list of people who have Signed up for an event. This may differ from the list of people who are actually competing in the event.

Reasons the Sign List may differ from the Competition list

1. A single Event may have multiple competitions

• Example: "Freestyle Individual Expert" is actually 2 competitions: one Male, on Female

2. The list of competitors may change after registration closes

• Example: A competitor may be injured, or may not attend
• The chief judge may adjust the competitor list during the convention
