The Event Director is responsible for the data entry for the competitions in their events.

They are responsible for:

  • Choosing the Registrants who will be competing
  • Choosing the Judges (if applicable)
  • Choosing the Data Entry Volunteers (if applicable)
  • Approving the data From the Judges/Data Entry Volunteers

Once the Data has been Approved by the Event Director, the Awards Director will determine whether the data should be published and/or awarded. (some event results are not posted until after the awards have been given out).
