Learnings on how to best collaborate on large Velero features

We are currently hashing out the data mover feature in Velero. This is a large feature with lots of complexity. We also have at least four companies and 16 engineers (plus a PM) discussing this. As we go through the process, let's document what has worked for us and what hasn't so we can do better next time.

What is working well:

• Add the projectvelero google group to a google doc to easily grant share access to the right folks.

What didn't work well:

• Trying to schedule ad-hoc meetings on the fly. Too hard to get consensus on what works through slack.
