1. Fix an incorrect auto-correct for Layout/DotPosition …

   This PR fixes the following incorrect auto-correct for `Layout/DotPosition`
   when using only dot line.
   
   ```console
   % cat example.rb
   foo
     .bar
     .
     baz
   
   % rubocop --only Layout/DotPosition -a
   (snip)
