Display a table of all the scheduled commands, with some helpful information.

I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here, @JacobBennett and @michaeldyrynda. Most of this code was taken from ThenPingMe's command, but I figured it'd be okay since this command is available to users even if they don't have a subscription.

Thought it would be useful in core too!

Don't you need to register the command and such?

Ahh yes, made the same mistake as the guy who created schedule:work. Forgot things weren't auto-registered in core.

Updated now.
