update @types and packages that break @types

What does this PR do and why?

Updates types for React 18 this diff fixes all type errors from types.

Note: I think it makes sense to merge this diff into #1647 so cli will pass.

WARNING ANTD modals are broken, issue is addressed in the next diff

In order to do so, there were a couple of steps that needed to be taken:

• bump @types/react + @types/react-dom
• bump @lingui more here: Type '{ children: string; }' has no properties in common with type 'IntrinsicAttributes & TransProps' on Trans component lingui/js-lingui#1231 (comment) to fix type errors
• bump react-redux, more here: https://github.com/reduxjs/react-redux/releases/tag/v8.0.0
• run code-mod npx types-react-codemod preset-18 ./src more here: https://github.com/eps1lon/types-react-codemod#implicit-children
• remove @types/react-redux it's no longer needed, more here: react-redux installs @types/react@18 reduxjs/react-redux#1898 (comment) (I didn't do this yet)
