Bootstrap theme

The style change should be done in the theme if it's only related to bootstrap markup and for every one. Remember the bootstrap theme is used by every one and is only a set of global rules.

Components

The style is more related to one component to make it follow the guidelines. This changes goes into components sass

Projects

The style goes into your project if:

• it's only for your project
• you have started something and you want to show to your manager stuff is on the way
