Who can do a release:

Anyone can do a release by using the following procedure.

How to

You just have to approve and merge the PR with the title chore: prepare release like this one.

Because we use Changeset, the release process is done by a github action here. Every PR came with "changeset" which can be seen as release intent. The CI will create and maintain the release PR base the output from theses changeset files.

When ever you want you can review and merge this PR to trigger the release.
