This is for test only and frequently change the root certificate.

Steps to use

2. Install deps :  'npm install'
3. Start proxy : 'node App.js'
5. Add ca cert ./certs/ca.pem to your browser's root cert store
7. Set https forward proxy to 127.0.0.1:3443
11. Open https site in browser
