Quick development start

Note: You need JDK 9 or newer. The resulting jars are still compatible with Java 6+.

To build:

$ mvn clean install -DskipTests

To develop with IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse or NetBeans, open the root pom.xml as a new project.
