Lean release

Since I have limited resources to maintain the package and the ui-bootstrap library is not very well maintained (requires Angular < 1.3 and current Angular is 1.3.13), I decided to discontinue components which are not used currently but heavily relied on ui-bootstrap.

The new releases of isis-ui-components will have the following elements:

the rest is gone. This means that the basic functionality of isis-ui-components only requires:

• jQuery

• Angular
• Bootsrap.

Include angular-native-dragdrop for treeNavigator drag-and-drop and angular-moment for itemList stats.
