* docs: contains the plan, interim report and the final report, in pdf format
* illustr: contains illustrations used for the final report, among with some code snapshots
* inf4_dna_testbench contains the C++ software alignment processor
* inf4_proj_dev_C contains the C interface for the FPGA accelerator code
* inf4_proj_dev_Verilog contains the hardware code and other bits for the FPGA accelerator design
* scripts: contains the Python scripts used to convert DNA to binary, test code, etc
* seq: contains sequences for evaluation
