WellScroller

Pure javascript custom content scroller, no jQuery or other libs.

Allows webmasters to replace the ugly, default OS scrollbar with custom ones that they create. Can be used in vertical or horizontal orientation.
You can customize scroller engine by default options or if you wish you can fork also.

Only 23 kb in uncompressed style and 7 kb compressed. Easy to include and launch in your project.
Works in all modern browsers and on touch devices.
