Here's an example. A TODO for me is to upload a minimal example of this as a test.

Hmm, seems to be this is because I ran the clk2fflogic command before running this pass. Maybe it has to do with the initial keyword..?
I'll include a file which reproduces this issue. Asserts are not supported either..
