- Update all-contributors-cli, babel-jest, jest and @storybook/react to update "request" version which was requiring a version of "hoek" package considered vulnerable.

Rebuild
package-lockfile and update a few dev-dependencies (even if no strictly necessary), to update a nested sub dependencies named hawk considered vulnerable by NPM.Version 4.2.1 should be ok, now.
