@taiki-e The windows CI has failed twice now without providing any logs. Any ideas for what could be wrong?

@Darksonn Looks like it is related to an Incident with GitHub Actions: https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/81lpnf07bm1q

Currently investigating inability to process Windows jobs. Linux and Mac jobs are not impacted.

Mitigation has been applied and we are starting to see recovery in Windows jobs. Jobs which failed can be re-run manually.

I reran the CI, and it all passed. The incident seems to be resolved.
