Usage:

/watch          : shows online/offline nicknames
/watch update   : updates the server with your watch list
/watch status   : shows the status of your watch list
/watch add nick : adds the nick to your watch list
/watch del nick : removes the nick from your watch list
/watch help     : shows this help screen

You will want to execute the "/watch update" command automatically
on connect.
