feat: Add Minio module (#2132)

* generate module for minio

* get minio testing to work

* update the comments

* update to use health check instead

* Update .github/workflows/ci.yml

Minio is already included in modules group

* go mod tidy & remove a dep from the test

* remove examples sub directory for minio

* readd user/password check

* RunContainer already returns an error if eitehr username or password is not set

* change to 1.21 from 1.21.3

* remove unknown directive

* 1.20 is only supported

* ran golangci-lint

* update docs with the options that can be changed

* docs: include container methods

* chore: run mod tidy
