Typescript & Ionic ready

Few changes were introduced in API to make the library compatible with ionic 2.

The plugin is much more stable now, with many tests.

• Everything is returned in chunks, for better UX
• Lat/lon of images returned
• Albums can be requested
• Saving image returns LibraryItem
  And a lot of other improvements

You can now use partialCallback from getLibrary to make user wait less.
