Brief Description of the PR:

Fixes available options for mode in the hamming loss function docstring.

Hey @SSaishruthi.

There is an error on the checks unrelated to the PR change.

ImportError: cannot import name 'Config' from 'pytest'

It might be related to having init.py in the tests folder:
