Updated dependencies to remove high level vulnerabilities listed by npm audit. Added chai-datetime plugin to test temporal types in mocha/chai
Modularizing the parser code. Removed the type typeInfoId, due to flow error when passing integer.
Ignoring test folder from flow type check (temporarily?)
Error token is sent by Server, so removing writer. Also, fixing failing unit test
