CCT Legal and Tax

This repository contains various legal and tax related documents of the Center for the Cultivation of Technology gemeinnützige GmbH:

• bylaws in its official German form and an inofficial translation
• communication with the tax authorities around the certification as a charity
• the certification (Freistellungsbescheid)
• the official tax filings including formal annual reports

Generate bylaws as PDF from Markdown

You need pandoc installed. The makefile runs pandoc --latex-engine=xelatex against all .md files in the current directory to generate PDF output.
