Upgrade to EmojiOne v4

Changes

New (2018) emojis are now supported, for both Unicode and image output!

If you are using the convertToImages flag, the new EmojiOne v4 emoji images will be outputted.

The processShortnames flag has been deprecated. The only feature this flag allowed was converting Unicode emoji to images without converting shortnames (e.g. :smile:). If it is not set, they will both be processed.
