Two small changes:
- Added maxnodes and maxobjects system parameters as $MaxNodes and $MaxObjects.
- Added additional restriction matrices for the maximal D_n subgroup of A_(2n-1) and the maximal B_n subgroup of A_(2n) for any n.
- Fixed bug (missing restriction matrix of B3 in A6).
