Rephrase JSON.parse more generally, as explained in issue 3319.

Thanks for the contribution, but as mentioned in that issue, we don't necessary want this kind of detail in the informal summaries. Formalized implementations should (and do) rely on the actual algorithm steps for methods, not the informal descriptions.
