We were using @fullhuman/postcss-purgecss ^3.1.3, however this version relies on PostCSS 8 and not PostCSS 7. See: https://github.com/FullHuman/purgecss/releases/tag/v3.1.3
`@fullhuman/postcss-purgecss` uses `purgecss: ^3.0.0` behind the scenes. Which resolves to `^3.1.0` which requires PostCSS 8 and not PostCSS 7.
