I find the argumentation in issue #262 reasonable.

It would be great though to be able to add custom styles for headings h5 and h6 via prose-h5:... and prose-h6:....
This pull request enables this functionality, without specifying styles for these headings.

Thanks for the PR! This has been merged and we'll be tagging a new release of the typography plugin to get all these fixes that have been queued up out this week. 🎉

@thecrypticace I just noticed that the VS Code tailwind syntax integration does not know of these changes yet, correct? Can you give me a hint where I can fix that?
