Allow lead class to override element styles #260

Right now the lead class cannot override element styles because it's quite a bit higher in the output. This causes lead to act different if it's a div verus a p tag, a tag, etc… The margins from the p tag override any p.lead element when it should be the other way around.

Fixes #256
