Add note about the @types/react clash to the migration guide

Purpose

Although this isn't a breaking change, the types clash was noticed when upgrading sumup/ze-dashboard, sumup/circuit-ui-form and the CNA template to v6. I think it makes sense to mention in the migration guide.

For context on the types clash, refer to:

• Revert "chore(deps-dev): bump @types/react from 18.0.21 to 18.0.25 (#… #1831: PR that suggested to revert the @types/react upgrade when the issue was noticed. Details on the issue are included, and in the end a workaround is provided to avoid downgrading @types/react
• [@types/react] Add onResize event to video elements DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#63076 (comment): comment on the DefinitelyTyped PR that introduced the types clash
