What's in this PR?
Test latest version of FriendsOfSymfony/FOSRestBundle#2400. We can currently only test it with Symfony 6.4 as sulu itself has some dependencies to 6.4 for the current Symfony 7 state see #7156 which currently also uses the fork merge request for running the tests.
Why?
Make sure FriendsOfSymfony/FOSRestBundle#2400 introducing no bc breaks.
