  1. Create ActivityPaymentSessionListener 

    **Summary**
`ActivityPaymentSessionListener` is an abstract
implementation of `PaymentSessionListener` that
handles holding a `WeakReference` to an `Activity`
context to avoid memory leaks in the listener's
callback methods.

**Motivation**
ANDROID-348

**Testing**
Manually tested in sample apps
