Add PlaygroundConfigurationData for configuring known playground operations.

Summary

Add PlaygroundConfigurationData for configuring known playground operations. PlaygroundConfigurationData has an initial IntegrationType for setting the integration between PaymentSheet & FlowController.

Motivation

Allows for showing and hiding playground settings which will be useful when adding CustomerSheet to the playground.
