As discussed in #4923 (comment), I thought it might be useful to add some code style documentation.
I thought it might be useful to summarise each, while not unnecessarily duplicating the information contained via each of the links.
Hopefully I have the main stuff covered. Let me know if there's anything else that needs adding and if the section placement within the page is OK.
