Also includes ssl error handling fix from react-native-webview/react-native-webview#1450

Partially addresses #10630 (url-spoof vulnerability will now show an error page).

  2. error on IOS and Android are different

@churik error is shown properly after rebasing with @flexsurfer 's fix in #10822.

Did some debugging and found out that error text is ios/android specific and is generated by the native implementation, maybe we can leave it as it is.

Failures like this:

error: cannot update ref 'refs/heads/v10.2.3_1': trying to write non-commit object a26a3ca7f9cd3c3760c39a7c2f9c1cb11a075e07 to branch 'refs/heads/v10.2.3_1'

Are caused by #10810.
Please do NOT make annotated tags.

Checked:

  • images in browsers
  • editing URLs (including spaces)
  • Arabic / Russian websites
  • Dapps (transacting, requesting access)
  • SSL cert error is shown
  • navigation, reload page
  • deep links
  • invalid URLs

Didn't find any issues specific to this PR.
