Micrometer's Dynatrace group property cannot be configured via application properties

Good point. If you ask me, the page isn't meant to cover everything and focusses mainly on the mandatory parameters (E.g. configuring Graphite is more flexible as well and doesn't mention everything). I don't mind adding it, but I wonder what the Boot team thinks.

You can also take a look at the Actuator properties in the appendix section in the end for a more complete list of properties.
