  1. Fixes spf13#352. 

    Add tests:
- ``*mem.File` implementation of `io.ReaderAt` must return non-nil error when reading less than length of give slice.
- `MemMapFs` must pass `fstest.TestFS` tests for non-empty files.

Fixes the bug.
