GNOME/libxml2@b717abdd makes undeclared entities a warning where it used to be an error I'm opting to leave the JRuby implementation as-is. We can change it later if anybody requests it.

I'm opting to leave the JRuby implementation as-is. We can change it later if anybody requests it.
