py-cryptography is now incrementing major version even when there are no backwards incompatible changes, so pyjwt have dropped the upper limit on py-cryptography versions. See jpadilla/pyjwt#693

Closing since the dependencies for the versions of the package we have in Spack are correct. If you want to add new versions, feel free to open a new PR. |
