Ownership & multi-column annotations

• Fixing ownership of an image, actually reference the user.
• Fix annotation of images in two column view.
• Fix ordering issue on first create. Auto-increment images uploaded.

Image History

• Adding a file that already exists will replace the existing file, and references to the previous file will be stored. (Files are not deleted).
• We now ask for confirmation before adding an annotation.
• You can now view images in one or two columns.

Known:

• Image histories are not yet browsable. This is probably for a future release.
