Announcements

Added the ability for the bot to announce users who are Out of the Office on a schedule.
This is useful to have the bot make daily morning announcements on who is not available for the day.

Users can specify which channels to announce to, and which times via the config.

Entire rewrite in ES2015

Replaced typescript with es2015 to make it easier to work with
