Initial Release

I think srcr is now in a state where it's ready for its first release. What is here now is not necessarily completely set in stone, but it's something that I think can actually be worked with. From all my testing all the mappings seem to work with all of speedrun.com's documented and undocumented inconsistencies, and the newly introduced PageIterator optimizes network usage to a degree that I think is satisfying.

Of course the speedrun.com API can change without much announcement, in my opinion especially since the site no longer belongs to itself, but to Elo. Unless the API changes in a major way, those changes will be reflected in v0.1.X releases.
