bootstrap 4 compatible release

With version 3.x we will switch the compatibility to bootstrap 5. However, the bootstrap 4 compatibility will remain with the versions 2.x and with this release. Also for the bootstrap 4 compatibility I created the branch bootstrap4-compatible.
