Manual steps after install (TODO for automation)

• Install Docker for Mac (no consensus in community how to interoperate with docker machine, etc.)
• Launch Karabiner-Elements (Sierra) or Karabiner (before Sierra) and add to login items.
• Launch Slate (will prompt to update Accessibility preferences) and add to login items.
• Launch/sign in to Dropbox and add to login items.
• Launch/sign in to 1Password and add to login items.
