Problem
The existing README.md feels a bit out of date. Especially the package list.
Solution
This PR updates the README.md by removing the package list in favor of a short list of quick links. Also adds a "Getting Started" section which contains CDN and NPM usage. Finally, this adds a new
example.htmlfile with a more comprehensive working demo of using Vrembem via CDN.
