Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Search URL of the currently saved preferences is hidden under the "cookies" tab.

It has always been under the general tab for years on oscar:

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm not sure when that got changed, but this feature, which is awesome for people that do not want to use cookies. If it only displayed under the Cookies tab, hardly anybody will notice about this feature.

I propose to move it back to the General tab for more eyes on it.

The point that people could be afraid of this URL is not valid because people that dig into the preferences are already the same people that are a bit more experienced with IT/SearXNG.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This IS an awesome feature! I never knew about this but I have always needed it!! I also didn't know about hotkeys! I will make a PR in a few. It's definitely worth flaunting the features more as I've been using SearXNG for a while now and I'm only just learning about this stuff.

@unixfox I noticed that the styling is written in LESS - I've never used this before; would you be able to tell me how I can generate the minified CSS files from it? I just made this change but I noticed it makes the UI look a bit clunky on the first page, my solution would be to keep it on the first page, but isolate it to a container/card with a dark background color (maybe --color-toolkit-select-background?). Thanks 😃

Preview of what I think would look good, using #f4f4f4 as background-color. @return42 I did have a skim through but you're right, I should probably read it in its entirety. My bad!

No problem, feel welcome 👍

Wow, that Node env was incredibly easy to setup..... What do you guys think is better, the previous flat grey color scheme or leveraging box shadow and setting the background to white? Ex:

Hi,
This looks really cool. I prefer the first image without the drop shadow and with the gray background. I am not a big fan of the shadow in the second picture; To me that looks a bit dated tbh...

Feel free to open a PR for this, so we can discuss this further 👍

Search URL of the currently saved preferences is hidden under the "cookies" tab.

I personally think that the URL belongs thematically in the "cookies" tab, the URL is not related to settings in the "general" tab.

May we change the naming of the cookies tab to something like "saved preferences".

Like I said in my first comment, the issue with storing it inside the "Cookies" tab is that hardly anybody will notice it. It's sad if nobody uses a functionality that we spend time in developing.

I know it would be better categorized, but most people probably just look at the "general" tab then a little bit in the "engines" tab then that's it. I'm pretty sure if we do a poll, nobody will know about the existence of Search URL.

There had been issues reported about the URLs .. but I'm fine with whatever solution you guys think is the best.
